CatheHolden.com Ruler Giveaway

I had the best time at the Craft & Hobby Association Conference and Trade Show this last weekend in Los Angeles with friend and neighbor, Elise Durenberger of Mamacow Creations. Elise is a fabulous designer, paper crafter and amazing fine artist. She navigated our journey through the show- as much as we could cover in the 3-1/2 days we were there. I was at CHA wearing two badges: Press– looking for awesome new product to try out and share with YOU, and Designer– hoping to make some great contacts for my surface and pattern designs. (You can see a tiny sneak peek of a few of my designs in the header of my website, CatheHolden.com ) With so much to see and so many to meet, Elise helped me search out just the right companies to connect with that were the best fit for my style and designs. (I can’t thank you enough, Elise!)

I brought along some little promos to hand out (when I could remember to hand them out!) and gave them to new contacts as well as bloggers I met at a meet-up organized by the ever-so incredible Heather Mann of Dollar Store Crafts, who I also credit for turning me on to CHA in the first place.I designed custom 6-inch wooden rulers with precision standard and metric measurements- because all crafters need rulers!I came home with just enough to share, so leave a nice comment and let’s have a giveaway! I’m sharing 20 rulers and anyone can enter, international readers as well. Entry ends at noon Thursday, February 3, 2011 and winners will be chosen and notified over the weekend, so be sure to leave a bread trail so I can find you if you win! I realize it’s not a big prize, but free and practical, can’t beat that! UPDATE: ENTRY TO GIVEAWAY CLOSED.

CONGRATULATIONS TO: #223-Lynn, #210-Deborah, #112-Valerie, #74-Jocelyn, #69-Lauren, #8-Judean, #14-Karin, #281-Superklara, #326-Amy, #318 Doro, #67-Raesha, #2-David, #15-Cabbie, #120-Peggy, #108-Cindy, #116-Nancy, #175-Joolz, #181-Parakh, #302-Sandra, #316-Jill.
