You may remember this similar post with vintage meat cut images. Well, I found another cookbook with more fantastic animal illustrations for $8 at an antique store.
This is the Woman’s Exchange Cook Book of 1905. It is barely hanging on, held together by cellophane tape and a bit smelly, but full of beautiful illustrations and plenty of old newspaper clippings and recipes tucked into it.
There’s even a remedy for colic.
And since the first batch of meat cuts was so well received, here are more fantastic free images for you in both color jpg files and a black and white PDF version you can click on to download.
