Rachael Hobson, aka: Average Jane Crafter and contributing writer for the fantastic CRAFTzine, encouraged me to do a craft demo at the upcoming Maker Faire in San Mateo, California this month. I’ve never been before and I am so excited! We’re going to make a family event out of it for one full day. I convinced Jeff to take Saturday off of work, but knew I was pushing it asking for Sunday as well. So we will attempt to cram as much fun as possible in what time we can spend there.
I will be doing a demo of my vintage book cover project at the CRAFT booth at 3:00pm on Saturday and I’ll be showing several cool variations of that project. If you come to the Maker Faire, please come over and say Hi! I would love to meet you!!
